Registered Nurse - Gynaecology Outpatients/Early Pregnancy Unit

Responsible for care and Management of patients attending clinic. Ensure the multi-professional team, is working collaboratively to ensure safe standards of care. Provide professional leadership, management and advice within in the service and take professional responsibility for designated clinical areas and services. The post holder will demonstrate a positive attitude in working towards achieving the health boards mission to provide a quality service to women and their families in their sphere of responsibility.
Comply with NMC code of practice and all rules and standards. demonstrate clinical leadership and direction, enabling a culture of learning and effectiveness Contribute to the development of policies and procedures. Ensure the health boards infection control policies and procedures are adhered to. The post holder will be expected to develop and work towards completing competencies to work in nurse led clinics.
