We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team based at Zion, in the inner suburb of Nundah, Brisbane, known for its abundance of cafes, restaurants, amazing library. Nundah also has a train line that takes you directly to Brisbane CBD in less than 20 minutes.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of clients in the comfort of their own homes
- Guide and support client independence, empowering choices, enhancing overall quality of life.
- Build strong and trusting relationships, with clients, families and across the support team to ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of physical, emotional, and social care, tailored to their specific needs.
