We have Casual opportunities available for skilled, passionate and experienced Registered Nurses in our Hospital in the Home team.
Hospital in the Home is a 7 day a week service that maintains the continuum of acute inpatient care.
This care can be provided in the patient’s home, residential care facility or other community setting, the registered nurse will work as a sole practitioner when delivering care outside the hospital setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the HITH nurse co-ordinates and provides an expert clinical service at an advanced level, in line with relevant standards, guidelines and policies of Peninsula Health.
