Description:
Overview
Compass Associates are partnering with a leading healthcare provider, looking to appoint a registered nurse, within a medium sized nursing home, located in Aberdare. This is a purpose-built home feels different to a traditional care home and has been designed to be similar to a family home environment, helping residents to feel relaxed in the surroundings.
With primary care categories covering Dementia and Older People, extending to Stoke and Visual, Speak and Hearing impairments, each member of the professional care team is committed to offering the highest qualitycare to residents, whilst also providing support and guidance to their loved ones.
The ideal candidate will have 1 years’ experience working in a nursing home or hospital setting, and must have a valid NMC registration, with no limitations to practice.
REQUIREMENTS:
NMC registration.
1 years’ experience working in a nursing home or hospital setting.
Passion for high quality patient care.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High sense of personal responsibilities.
Ability to work as part of a team.
