Description:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse at Tabeel Aged Care service, where you’ll be part of more than just a workplace - you’ll be part of a community and supported. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with support teams and allied health professionals to provide holistic, quality care, and an exceptional resident experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of care plans and assessments in line with procedures and regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team, providing support and guidance, and fostering a great environment.
