Description:

  • Location: Swansea
  • Registered Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD qualified )
  • Salary: Up to £18.75 per hour (over 42900k per annum based on Fulltime)
  • Hours: Full or part time available
  • Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts (Days, Nights or mixed Shifts

  • Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team
  • Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team

  • A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance Passion about providing excellent care and supporting the residents
