ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Fairfield Hospital is currently searching for dedicated and committed Registered Nurses to join their team in the Operating Theatres.
The ideal candidates should have prior theatre experience, as there is a strong focus on upskilling and mentoring junior staff members.
Teamwork is essential, as the theatres operate on a team nursing approach, emphasising collaboration and support.
The role is a dynamic role where learning is at the forefront, making it ideal for those looking for a long-term commitment. This position offers the opportunity to grow and develop within the team, with a focus on training junior nurses and passing on years of valuable knowledge.
Fairfield Hospital is committed to advancing its staff’s skills and offers a one-year upskilling program in Instrument Nursing, Circulating Nursing, Anaesthetics, and PACU. Additionally, nurses can gain experience in other areas within theatres. The hospital also houses the Hand Trauma Clinic and Joint Replacement Centre for the district which provides an unmatched opportunity to participate in intricate surgeries not seen at any other facility.
