Responsibilities:

  • Delivering compassionate and resident-centered care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitoring and evaluating residents’ health and well-being, and administering treatments as required.
  • Providing support and guidance to nursing assistants and other staff members.
