Tararu Green Care Home is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Thames in the Coromandel Peninsula, overlooking the Firth of Thames. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of diverse cultures and a supportive leadership team whilst having the Coromandel on your doorstep to explore during your free time. The Care Home has a 62-bed, facility, offering Rest Home and Hospital level care.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The is a permanent full-time time opportunity, offering a minimum of 192 hours over a 6-week roster cycle, rotating shifts (AM/PM/Nights) between Monday to Sunday.
As a Registered Nurse working at Bupa, you’ll work closely with the hands-on Clinical Manager to develop your clinical and leadership skills and knowledge enabling you to grow. You will be passionate about what you do, provide quality care, and build relationships with the residents and their families.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
  • Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
  • Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.
