JOB DESCRIPTION

Right at Home is looking for experienced, professional LPN/RN/RPN to add to our team of exceptional Nurses and assist with 1:1 client care in Stouffville. RPN to work on a rotation of 3 days one week and 4 days the next week, working every other weekend. 1pm-8pm or 2pm/9pm

• Measure vital signs (blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, and respiration rate)
• Collect, label, process, and package biologic specimens for shipment to the central laboratory
• Administration of 12-lead ECG
• Facilitating investigational medicinal product (IMP) accountability
• Completing urine pregnancy tests and urine drug tests
• Assess and record changes in signs or symptoms, as reported by the patient
• Conduct study drug review
• Complete visit documentation

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification/First Aid Training (required)
• 2-step TB test (required)
• VSS/Criminal Record Check (required)
• Nursing license and registered in good standing with the CNO (required)
