OUR CLIENT
Our client provides high-quality, evidence-based medical education activities that address the multicultural diversity of our country. They are currently looking for one Registration Assistant to assist them with the event on May 5th, 2024. The working hours are 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm am. REQUIREMENTS
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Be resourceful and quick on their feet
- Attire should be basic business casual (pantsuit or similar, no jeans)
- Have an outgoing personality
- Ability to reach the workplace on time
- Maintain a Friendly demeanor
- Be detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the registration table and marketing display tables are properly setup outside of the meeting space
- Making sure the room is set up properly according to what we have advised the venue in terms of setup
- Scan the badges of all the attendees as they enter the meeting room and give them a brochure
- Ad-hoc duties as required
