Description:
Location: London
12 month FTC
The Registration Coordinator will provide event and attendee management support for the day-to-day operations of Procurement Leaders Congress and Awards. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organised and communicates effectively.
Job details:
- Managing registration processes including entering/modifying registration data producing reports and registration lists
- Assisting and responding to attendee inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Managing onsite setup of registration and preparation and dissemination of all materials
- Updating event reports on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, as progress and commitments are made
- Coordinating with event manager/marketing to create a Post Event Report
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with event and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with event manager on event details specifically including seating and guests attendance
- Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
- Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
- Possibly: assisting event managers with event logistics which include: menu selection, audio visual RFP’s, event rentals
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years events experience required
- Ideally looking for candidates who are well rounded with in person, coordinating and exposure to all aspects of the event
- 1+ years of experience in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong work ethic, making the most of time in the office
- Must possess strong customer service skills to provide consistent level of service and professional support for attendees in a timely manner
- Able to work in office a minimum of twice per week, plus 1 Friday every month
This opportunity offers a £28,000 basic salary.
