PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Develop a strategy and support move from on-prem to hybrid M365 for a small company (about 80 internal AD Users)
1. Understand current setup and future goal and understand any risks and concerns
2. Take the lead to develop a migration plan incl. anything which is part of it e.g. infrastructure changes like load balancer etc.
3. Play a major role in the migration (first steps: Identity, Mail and standard office)
Team & way of working: IT Team (about 18) based in Bonn, Infrastructe Teams size 7-9. People work remotely and on site (hybrid model)

SKILLS

Must have
Active Directory (hybrid), Identity Services, General good Windows Server Know.
Windows Server or SharePoint activities.
IT background: Studies or comparable training.
Nice to have
