Regulatory Analyst, CTC E-Invoicing Compliance

Ensuring global compliance with e-invoicing and CTC mandates is a significant challenge for multinational corporations. Regulations surrounding indirect tax and use of tax technologies have been increasing with little to no uniformity among regulators. Since requirements in these areas are complex, fragmented, and constantly changing, we are searching for an Associate to join Pagero’s Regulatory Affairs (RA) department. RA plays a key role in the successful expansion for Pagero and has supported placing our company as the global leader of CTC e-invoicing compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant academic degree: i.e., Business, Law or other with relevant work experience
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint)
• Experience of or genuine interest for indirect tax, e-invoicing and e-archiving
• Experience of or genuine interest for technology and digitalization
• Fluent in both spoken and written English

As an RA Analyst, you will specialize in the analysis of indirect tax, e-invoicing, CTC and e-archiving regulations and requirements globally.

Your tasks will among others include:

• Investigate and analyse CTC e-invoicing requirements in existing and new markets
• Monitor and maintain knowledge of CTC e-invoicing requirements
• Define and design country-specific aspects of our solution together with Pagero’s technology teams
• Educate both internal and external stakeholders
• Support internal and external stakeholders with compliance related queries
• Collaborate with Commercial organization as Subject Matter Expert, as well as the Marketing department on relevant external communication and materials
• Content creation of compliance related material for internal and external use
