We are currently recruiting for a Regulatory & Control Analyst to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
As our Regulatory & Control Analyst, you will use your extensive knowledge of UK Specialty to ensure the smooth operation of our control environment, regulatory adherence, and risk mitigation across all lines of business.
Your responsibilities will include the completion of controls across multiple products, ensuring that they are performed in accordance with the control calendar and that any actions required as a result are completed on time and to a high standard. All controls will require the documentation of outputs for upward reporting.
You will collaborate closely with the Regulatory and Controls Manager on the implementation of any regulatory changes, as well as various stakeholders across the business on continuous improvement activities, to ensure any impact on customers is understood and built into any business processes, with risks mitigated. You will ensure that each control is documented and reviewed on an annual basis, or whenever there is a regulatory or business change.
About You
You will be experienced at handling commercial cases, have excellent communication and coaching skills, and have demonstrated successful stakeholder management and evidence of having worked in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
