JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Life science/ pharmaceutical background: 1-3 years of proven experience in life science area or in pharma regulatory registration
  • Life science or pharma degree or Bsc degree in biology/ chemistry
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Strong IT skills (advanced level Excel is a must)
  • Ability to prioritize work, team- player attitude
  • Detail- oriented and strong customer focus attitude

Responsibilities:

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Our client is a German pharmaceutical company. Regulatory Officer will support our pharmaceutical client’s pharma registration while working in client’s own system.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regulatory database management - working in databases to register pharmaceutical records
  • Experience in pharma regulatory registration
  • Tracking / meeting deadlines
  • Document maintenance as per organizational requirement
  • Apply technical knowledge to perform quality check on the entries
  • Correspondence with other global pharmaceutical teams / Local Regulatory Affiliates
  • Compliance with KPIs & SLAs
  • Ensure database entries are complete and accurate
  • Populate/update standard attributes in database
