We want someone like you to join us as our Regulatory Reporting Analyst.
In this role, you’ll support the preparation of regulatory applications, reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also assist with the overall management of contractual administration with customers to deliver value to our customers and enable sustainable growth.

Build key working relationships with engineers, project managers, analysts and managers throughout our Company as well as government and regulatory agencies.
Conduct market research, develop analysis reports and studies, and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and present rate scenarios for alternative energy fueling stations by running cost of service models and gas delivery rate forecasts.
Prepare regulatory filing, compliance reporting, business case analysis by working with various departments.
Support the business growth content sections of our Long Term Resource Plan and other company projects, such as the Multi-Year Rate Plan, annual review filings and various internal reports.
Assist business cases and project plans to advance proposed projects from the idea phase through to implementation, and provide pertinent information to support negotiations with key stakeholders and maintain awareness of activities that affect business growth potential What it takes:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, commerce, economics or engineering, from a recognized program plus four to seven years of experience in engineering and/or business development.
Demonstrated expertise in the use of business analysis, financial evaluation methods, financial modelling/forecasting and project management techniques.
Excellent analytical skills for developing detailed reports and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, for delivering your reports and maintaining collaborative relationships.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
