Our personal injury division provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensations, and Motor Accident Schemes.
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Consultant to support the continued growth of Acumen Queensland Health and the Personal Injury portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to champion the growth of the NQ portfolio and region. Providing great exposure to develop your soft skills into management. Responsibilities:

  • Participating in business development activities, providing exposure to key account management, growth activities and quality assurance tasks.
  • Managing your calendar and appointments autonomously, including WFH or from our office.
  • Applying your clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work.
  • Taking a more holistic care approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to support your client’s journey from rehab to healing.
  • Performing a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
  • Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, including the injured employee, employers, medical specialists and other allied health professionals.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring rehabilitation plans using a holistic, person-centred approach.
