• Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support your clients journey from rehab to healing
• Perform a variety of assessments including ADL’s, functional capacity evaluations, worksite, and ergonomic assessments
• Using a client-centred approach, develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans. Provide ongoing care and communication as you support your client return to the same job or obtain new employment
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers.
• Support a varied customer caseload – ADF, DVA and Workcover QLD
• Report writing, reviewing medical files and maintaining case notes through high quality case management
  Work location may vary between the Acumen office, customer worksite/ADF bases with some work from home options.
