AS A REHABILITATION CONSULTANT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Initiate both mental health and physical injury-related supports
• Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical and allied health professionals to achieve a common goal
• Case management
• Creating and executing programs to prevent workplace injuries and provide education on workplace safety
• Supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to help them recover and successfully reintegrate into the workforce
• Performing diverse assessments, such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments, utilising clinical skills to diagnose, support treatment plans, address psychosocial obstacles to employment, and identify suitable job opportunities.
