  Phycologists both registered & provisional or social workers are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Psychosocial coaching to participants with injury, illness or disability
• Case managing complex psychological issues and liaising with treating health professionals
• Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
• Working across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
• Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
• Develop graduated return plans by liaising doctors regarding appropriate timeframes and goals
