We are now seeking an innovative & organised Reimbursement Lead to be responsible for developing and executing on strategies which maximise reimbursement opportunities for Stryker.
This role requires someone with a broad knowledge and understanding of the regulatory and legal frameworks, regulatory requirements, legislation, processes and procedures.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent relationship & influencing skills to effectively build relationships with key customers, stakeholders and members of Government departments.
  • Thorough understanding of the commercial and government payor landscape
  • Demonstrated success in the analysis and interpretation of Government documentation and technical writing

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience (>5 years) within the MedTech industry within Reimbursement/Health Economics/Government Affairs/Market Access
  • Tertiary qualifications such as an undergraduate science or engineering degree or equivalent.
