REINFORCEMENT SUPERVISOR

The main objective of this role is to take complete ownership of all the reinforcement planning, ordering, raw material stocks, cutting, bending, and bundling for National Manufacturing. You will lead the reinforcement team by effectively improving the overall operational performance to meet targets and keeping the the team morale positive and engaged.

• Effective supervision of the area of responsibility with a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational performance.
• The accurate interpretation and reading of drawings to schedules
• To coordinate production activities to ensure quality products are produced and delivered in accordance with approved programs and specifications.
• Ensuring manufactured products are produced to a high-quality standard.
• Exploring ways within the team environment to improvement current systems and processes.
