Lending Services are a dedicated relationship management team within Risk. We manage high-risk customers to achieve the best possible outcome for them, and ANZ.
The customers we support are typically facing financial stress and we aim to provide them a high quality, respectful experience, whilst demonstrating empathy and insight.
The Relationship Associate, Lending Services Institutional role is critical to making this happen, and will involve the following:
Supporting Relationship Managers who work with customers in our Institutional business unit that have elevated risk profiles.
Building and managing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders by using open and honest dialogue.
Support financial analysis and credit reporting activities.
Working with a highly skilled, highly collaborative, supportive, and enthusiastic team.
Actively participating in an excellent learning environment to develop or enhance your lending skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
A keen interest in, and desire to learn commercial industries.
Financial literacy – the ability to analyse financial statements and interpret data to provide insight into financial trends.
Comfort working across a variety of stakeholders, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships.
Time management and prioritisation skills coupled with a high degree of self-motivation.
A willingness to accelerate your own development and work in a fast-paced environment.
