Avant Finance, a part of the Avant Mutual group, is a specialist lender dedicated to supporting Australian medical professionals with a deep understanding of the unique journey and challenges a doctor will experience at various career stages.
As we continue to grow, we have now extended beyond finance broking through the addition of on-balance sheet lending with warehouse funding capability, focusing on commercial loans. To support our growth, we are looking to grow, generate and manage a Commercial broker panel, with focus from a Broker Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and arrange onboarding of new brokers
  • Pro-actively manage existing broker relationships with reviews of pipeline and estimated deal flows
  • Discuss Loan scenarios and structures with brokers, ensuring best fit with our product offerings
  • Write and assist in the preparation and recommendation for credit submissions
  • Represent Avant Finance at Broker events
  • Conduct regular sales and broker calls, recording activities and leads in Salesforce
  • Actively manage pipeline ensuring budgets are achieved
  • Be the contact point for all broker enquires regarding pricing, policy, product and work status
  • Collaborate closely with our Product & Strategy team, Marketing team and Operations team to optimise outcomes for our customers.
