ABOUT US

Our 2.3M members trust us to take care of over $260 billion in retirement savings. That’s a whole lot of trust! We’re all about shaking things up and doing things differently to help our members retire with confidence. Our inclusive culture means you’ll be valued and heard in a respectful workplace. We’ve created an environment where you can be yourself and do amazing work. It’s that simple.

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone to help us keep and grow our Corporate & Institutional segment funds. Your focus? Delivering top-notch service and engaging professionally to make sure employers stick with Australian Retirement Trust for their team members.
You’ll be building and maintaining relationships with employers at all levels, including senior roles within key clients. Plus, you’ll ensure our Corporate and Institutional service models are spot on. This covers key account management, tailored onsite employee education and engagement, and everyday service.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Create strong relationships between Australian Retirement Trust and our Corporate and Institutional employers, from C-Suite to HR, Finance, and Payroll.
  • Craft and deliver account management strategies for each account, including educational activities.
  • Ensure high-quality, day-to-day service and admin support through the Relationship Specialist and other business units.
  • Boost new member growth within existing employers through better penetration, member engagement, increased workplace advice adoption, and continued choice of ART.
  • Spott referral opportunities for our Sales team.
  • Represent ART at business and community events in this market.
  • Lead education seminars.
  • Build and enhance employer and member satisfaction through portfolio management.

We have two positions available one based in Sydney, the other in Perth. Both roles are full-time permanent opportunities.
