Preference is this position is required to work in the La Crete branch office.
Potential for remote support within Alberta.
However, periodically may be asked to work in other AFSC branches. Travel in these circumstances will be reimbursed according to AFSC’s Employee and Board of Directors Expense Policy.
Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients’ business/operations in providing such support.

  • You will be responsible for the growth and management of a lending portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation.
  • Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms.

Qualifications
Minimum: Related Diploma and two (2) years related experience
Preferred: Related University Degree and four (4) years related experience
Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and related experience.
