  • +1-year Relationship Management experience, preferably within wealth management (investment management, investment platforms, financial advice, stockbroking).

  • Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
  • Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a vital role in fostering client relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, overseeing support queues, conducting regular client meetings, providing ongoing support and training, encouraging innovation, resolving issues promptly, identifying trends in support items, and recognising opportunities for increased service usage. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will be instrumental in driving business growth.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted service provider.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Manage support queues and ensure that support requests are actioned and allocated in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance with regards to the service level agreement and identify opportunities for service optimisation.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, assisting with platform navigation, report interpretation, and utilisation of portfolio management tools.
  • Encourage and contribute innovative and creative ideas and improvements.
  • Drive and own the resolution of issues and reporting of progress to the client.
  • Identify trends regarding support items to identify issues, dealer groups, training opportunities.
  • Identify service usage measures across clients to identify opportunities for broader and deeper uptake of our services.
