We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help us strengthen our partnerships with insurance agents and other referral partners.
Job Description:
As a Relationship Marketing Coordinator at Worthmann Roofing and Gutters, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with insurance agents and referral partners. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Preparing for Visits:
- Organize promotional items and gifts for distribution. Plan and prepare for daily and weekly visits.
Territory Management:
- Select target cities within your assigned territory for visits.
- Efficiently organize driving routes to maximize productivity.
Relationship Building:
- Visit insurance agents and realtor’s offices and referral partners (approximately 8 visits per day).
- Foster positive connections and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor.
Promotion:
- Promote our company app to partners and explain its benefits.
CRM Update:
- Keep detailed notes and updates in the CRM system.
Networking Events:
- Attend networking events to expand your network and represent Worthmann Roofing and Gutters.
Reporting:
- Complete weekly reports on your visits, progress, and outcomes.
5-Star Review Visits:
- Deliver thank-you gifts to customers who experienced excellent service with Worthmann Roofing and Gutters and wrote a raving five-star review.

- Be proactive in introducing yourself and representing Worthmann Roofing and Gutters positively.
- Continuously update CRM with new information, changes, & reminders for follow-up.
- Compile a detailed report at the end of each week summarizing your visits, key interactions, and outcomes. Include any potential leads or opportunities.
- Ensure that referral partners have a positive experience with Worthmann Roofing and Gutters during visits and address any concerns promptly.
- Continuously educate insurance agents and referral partners about the benefits of using the company app and how it can simplify their interactions with Worthmann Roofing and Gutters.
- Be flexible and adapt your approach based on the specific needs and preferences of each partner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing techniques through ongoing training and self-education.
- Focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships rather than short-term gains.
