Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Single point of contact for planning releases across the team.
  • This includes tracking parallel changes and dependencies with respective upstream and downstream teams and their project managers.

Tracking

  • Track release readiness activities
  • Managing the signoff of the delivery acceptance certificate

Implementation planning

  • Co-ordinate, manage and maintain the run sheets for deployment
  • Collaborate with technical teams to carefully plan and sequence the implementation steps
  • Ensure TPIV and BPIV steps are sufficiently catered to.

Change Management

  • Collaborate with involved teams to raise Change Requests in Service Now
  • Participate in CAB (Application) to get change Approved

Resource alignment

  • Work with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to arrange relevant technical and business team member participation in release
  • Prepare roster for resource participation during implementation

Implementation

  • Open a bridge or command centre for implementation execution
  • Engage relevant stakeholders for exceptions or deviations from plan

Risk Management

  • Highlight risks related to risks and collaborate with stakeholders for remediation
  • Manage & trigger various levels escalations to key statehooders and designated Project Managers

Closure

  • Close change with suitable updates in Service Now
  • Update all the key artifacts.
  • Conduct PIR (Post implementation review)
