Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a software development environment, with at least 2 years in a RTE or
- Scrum Master role.
- Knowledge of Agile practices and principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
Preferred:
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer or equivalent certification is highly desired.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution.
- Lead the coordination of resources, prioritization of tasks, and the resolution of conflicts to meet project deadlines.
- Assist with program and project level risk management and process improvements.
- Coordinate and facilitate program increment planning events.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent environment that helps teams to align around common goals.
- Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
- Coach teams in Agile methodologies and mindsets
