EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related field required
• Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering or related field desired

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of engineering experience.
• Tire development experience desired.
• Tire manufacturing experience desired

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to utilize advanced scientific methodologies.
• Fundamental understanding of scientific principles.
• Ability to form strong working relations with Goodyear associates & customers.
• Ability to collaborate & work in a cross functional setting.
