• Do 3 let / up to 3 years
• Language requirements – středně pokročilá znalost angličtiny / Upper intermediate knowledge of English
• Odborné znalosti / Technologie / Metodologie / Professional knowledge / Technologies / Methodologies
• Nástroje kvality / Quality tools

• Reliability inženýr zodpovídá za ověření kvality výrobku při vývoji. Primárně reportuje Globálnímu manažerovi laboratoře a dále matrixově Programovému vedoucímu a Projektovému kvalitáři na daném projektu. Spolupracuje s ostatními členy týmu.

Reliability Engineer is responsible for quality validation during product development. She/he is primary managed by Global laboratory manager and he reports also to matrix Program manager and Project quality engineer, depending on assigned program. She/he cooperates with other members on project tasks.

• Reliability inženýr zodpovídá za reporting stavu testů projektovému týmu a v případě potřeby zákazníkovi.

Reliability Engineer is responsible for reporting of test status to project team and if it is necessary, also to customer.

• Efektivně komunikuje s interními a externími spolupracovníky, sdílí informace a respektuje pravidla bezepčnosti práce, řídí se nařízeními manažera.

She/he effectively communicates with internal and external partners, shares information, respects Health and safety rules and follows manager’s instructions.

• Zodpovídá za revizi zákaznických specifikací v oblasti testování a validací ve fázi kvotace nového projektu.

During a quotation phases she/he is responsible for revision of customer specification focused for Testing and robustness items.

• Zodpovídá za kontrolu zákaznických specifikací z hlediska proveditelnosti testů a spolupracuje se zkušebnami v případě potřeby zavedení nových zákaznických metod nebo testovacích zařízení.

She/he is responsible for checking the new specs and customer requirements and cooperation with laboratories in case of new testing equipment need, new testing methods evaluation etc.

• Spolupracuje s projektovým týmem a konstruktéry v případě NOK výsledků testů (reporting) a při návrhu nápravných opatření. Připravuje test plány pro ověření změn, DCRM, převodů linek atd.

Cooperation with project and design teams during Nok tests reporting and corrective action retesting. Preparation of tests plans for DCRM, process changes, transfers etc.

• Zodpovídá za přenos a koordinaci inforamcí ve firmě v souvislosti s testovacími specifikacemi – včetně dodavatelů.

She/He is responsible for creation, transfer, coordination and communication of test specification and supplier side.

• Zodpovádá za coordinaci a přípravu požadavků na testovací přípravky a všechny zařízení nutné k testování tak, aby byly včas připraveny. (konektory, LIN boxy, upevňovací šrouby atd.) Včas plánuje potřebné kapacity.

She/He is responsible for preparation and timing coordination of all testing fixtures and supporting devices (connectors, LIN boxes, screws etc.) including capacity management.

• Zodpovídá za předávání informací a komunikaci o stavu DV/PV testů a výsledků (zákaznických, interních, zákonných). Spolupracuje s týmem projektové kvality ve fázi tesetování). Zůčastňuje se projektových meetingů dle potřeby.

She/He is responsible for preparation, transfer, coordination and communication of testing DV/PV package (Customer, company Legislation). Cooperation and reporting of testing status to Project quality team. Attendance on the project meetings based on the need.

• Zodpovídá za návrh ročních plánů zkoušek.

She/He is responsible for annual test plan proposal.

• Provádí ostatní práce týkající se této pozice dle instrukcí vedoucího.

She/He performs the another tasks related to manager instruction, that is not against the above described job description.

• Dodržuje při provádění práce všechny požadavky bezpečnosti práce a všech platných zákonných předpisů.

During her/his position keeps the rules of working safety, fire protection and the valid goverrnent regulations.
