Job Description:
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading continuous improvement initiatives for our Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Programs. You will be responsible for conducting maintenance process audits, performing Root Cause Analysis of machine failures, and implementing permanent corrective actions. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and planning non-routine Preventive Maintenance Projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or any other related field is required.
• Prior experience driving process improvement in an industrial environment
• Knowledgeable regarding electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
