Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Social Worker specialising in Children in Care, you’ll play a pivotal role within the Family Operations team. Working closely with experienced professionals and under the guidance of a supportive Team Manager, you’ll have the chance to provide crucial support to children, young people, and families in need.
Location: Guernsey, Channel Islands
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £44,816 - £60,267 per annum (dependent on experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess, plan, and review support for children and families with complex needs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding social work practice
- Conduct assessments and interventions to safeguard children from harm
- Provide support and guidance to individuals with complex social needs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in decision-making processes
