As a Reltio technical specialist, you will have the ability to empower and influence your team and through collaboration build an amazing experience for our associates utilizing Reltio.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
Make a difference on our Technology team as a Reltio technical specialist.
What you’ll do:
- Design and implement complex data management solutions using the Reltio platform to meet business and customer requirements.
- Understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design a solution that meets those requirements.
- Configure and customize Reltio data management workflows, including data integration, matching, deduplication, and enrichment processes.
- Create design documents, including data models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects within the Reltio platform, engaging with Reltio where needed.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members on how to work with the Reltio platform.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Reltio with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Monitor and optimize Reltio performance, identifying and troubleshooting any performance bottlenecks.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of working experience in Reltio.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing solutions for MDM platforms like Reltio
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science or related discipline/experience

Annual salary: $86,320.00 - $100,504.00
