We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support and assistance to our team at NMP Water Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing the office, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role; experience in the water treatment industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling and database management software
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independentl

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the office, including ordering supplies, filing documents, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for team members, and coordinate with clients and partners as needed
  • Maintain and update company databases and records, including customer information, sales data, and inventory levels
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate and support marketing and sales efforts, including managing social media accounts and assisting with promotional campaigns
