We are on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure that our database engine’s integrity and performance are never compromised.

ABOUT YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• You offer proven experience in software quality assurance.
• You have practical experience in the python and bash environment, rust and graphana are optional.
• You are familiar with different databases, concepts, and related technologies.
• You have strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• You have experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• You have hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• You writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Core Database Engine Testing
-Work closely with the development team to understand new features and updates.
-Create and maintain CI pipelines for continous testing and performance monitoring.
-Detect, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
-Prioritize critical issues and ensure they are addressed before product releases.
**Performance Benchmarks
**-Develop and execute performance benchmarks to test the database’s scalability, speed, and robustness.
-Collaborate with the development team to understand performance metrics and ensure they meet set standards.
-Monitor system performance post-release to ensure consistent functionality.
