OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a CRM and marketing automation professional with experience using the platform “Go High Level” (GHL). This role involves managing various marketing systems and integrations, setting up and maintaining email and DNS configurations, and ensuring seamless operations of Twilio setups. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, basic WordPress editing skills, and an awareness of AI tools for prompt engineering.

Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Utilize and manage CRM systems with a high preference for “Go High Level” (GHL).
  • Maintain and optimize CRM workflows to enhance customer relationship management and marketing efforts.
  • Segment customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement.
  • Track and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle to inform strategies for customer retention and acquisition.
  • Generate reports and provide insights based on CRM data to support decision-making and strategy development.

Email and DNS Setup:

  • Configure and manage email setups, including Mailgun integrations.
  • Ensure proper DNS settings for email deliverability and security.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for better results.

Twilio Setup:

  • Set up and manage Twilio accounts, including number approvals and SMS configurations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Twilio with CRM and marketing systems.
  • Develop and execute SMS marketing campaigns to complement email and other digital marketing efforts.

Marketing Systems and Integrations:

  • Work with various marketing tools such as Zapier, Optin Monster, Typeform, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between different marketing platforms to streamline operations and data flow.
  • Automate repetitive marketing tasks to increase efficiency and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure continuous data flow and operational efficiency.

Digital Marketing Awareness:

  • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including ads, SEO, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance digital marketing efforts through effective CRM and automation strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and CRM automation.

WordPress Management:

  • Edit and integrate content on WordPress websites as needed.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes and improvements on the website.

AI and Prompt Engineering:

  • Utilize AI tools to develop and refine prompts for GHL automations.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and implement them to enhance marketing automation processes.
  • Experiment with AI-driven marketing techniques to improve campaign personalization and targeting.
