• Manage inbound and outbound communication across calls, emails, and social media, effectively converting these interactions into service appointments.
• Provide a warm welcome to booking inquiries and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
• Oversee initial contacts from online bookings to secure further consultation appointments.
• Maintain exemplary customer care from initial contact to final interaction, aiming to provide an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
• Engage with individuals about their health journeys, providing supportive and informative interactions.
• Utilize and manage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and patient record management (e.g., PracticeHub) efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to assist in campaigns and sales strategies that drive tangible outcomes, including outreach for B2B engagement.
