Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Support Representative to join our team. The Customer Support Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, such as MS Office.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, documenting interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including production, sales, and administrative teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients based on their needs and preferences.
