We are seeking a talented Remote eHR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of electronic HR systems and processes to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology and a passion for streamlining processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR technology or eHR systems
- Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
