Description:

A division of Harris, Advanced Utility Systems We are seeking an experienced Strategic Implementation Manager to join our professional services team. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring successful project execution, and maintaining high standards across our organization. Your expertise in sales, SOW creation, RFP review, and performance metrics will be critical in achieving our business goals.
This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US in the EST timezone. This role requires up to 25% between the US and Canada. A valid passport is required.
What your impact will be:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic roadmaps for implementing new technologies and processes.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and client needs.
  • Lead the execution of strategic projects within established deadlines and budgets.

Sales and SOW Creation:

  • Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into comprehensive SOWs.
  • Develop and modify SOWs based on project scope, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of project details and contractual agreements.
  • RFP Review/Response based on PS best practices.

KPIs and Metrics:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project implementation.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and standards for project success.
  • Regularly analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate existing operating procedures and systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.
  • Implement standardized procedures to enhance overall performance.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships to drive successful implementation.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Address any deviations promptly and proactively.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic implementation, project management, or professional services.
  • Proven track record in sales, SOW creation, and successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or related fields are a plus.
