Seize the chance to be part of a groundbreaking team that’s changing the game for construction hiring. We are a subscription based online service provider. We are looking for someone to join our team part-time to perform general bookkeeping. (Both A/P and A/R work).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have hands-on experience with Stripe and QuickBooks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Proficient in reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Experience in assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and the ability to monitor expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Proven track record of coordinating with external auditors during annual audits.
- Knowledge of tax preparation and compliance; ability to provide support in tax-related matters.
