Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, with a preference for candidates with prior software engineering backgrounds.
- Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness.
- A proactive approach to personal and professional development, with a willingness to seek and act on feedback.
- Engagement in continuous learning activities within the technical domain, such as reading industry publications and participating in relevant forums or groups.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technology-related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms.
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation for code and technical processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to develop high-quality and testable code aligned with the team’s Definition of Done criteria.
- Commit to achieving team sprint goals and actively participate in sprint planning and execution.
- Embrace a Test-First methodology, prioritizing the creation of tests prior to writing code, wherever applicable.
- Engage in thorough design and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Utilize and possibly develop automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Review test plans and actively contribute to end-of-sprint demonstrations.
- Take on specific tasks related to integration, testing, and deployment as assigned.
- Work closely with product management to accurately scope and estimate enhancements.
- Design and implement software features, conduct unit testing, and address defects, focusing on component/feature level work.
- Identify and fix software defects, adhering to a systematic process, whether they are internally found or reported by customers.
- Perform additional tasks as needed or assigned, contributing to the teams success.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a commitment to integrity and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
