Description:
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent additional experience acceptable
- Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, project management, or product development.
· CCNP or CCIE certification preferred · MCSA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience with UCaaS or CCaaS platforms
- A professional business attitude and courteous manner toward clients, partners, and co-workers
- Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients’ needs
- This position may require travel, locally and nationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills which include demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective

Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
The Solution Architect is the primary technical resource for the sales team and is a driving force with
CallTower’s product launch teams. Solution Architects work in conjunction with the sales team as the
key technical advisor and solution advocate with our customers. The Solution Architect must be able
to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to
identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all
stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain relationships throughout the sales
and launch cycle.
DUTIES:
- Provide pre-sales support to identify and present solutions that meet the business and technical
requirements of our customers
- Perform client consultations including supporting the voice infrastructure, designing, planning,
and implementation
- Troubleshoot and assisting with software products as well as upgrading and providing
solutions to complex problems
- Develop the material for all product demos so that they are done uniformly. This would
include PowerPoint presentations and sales documentation to be used during the specific
demo. This would include the list of questions that need to be asked prior to the demo starting
- Able to provide competent demos of CallTower’s main products and services. (CT Cloud
Voice, MS Teams, Cisco Webex , Intermedia Contact Center, Five9)
- Act as support if needed CallTower Connect demos.
- Oversee scoping, identification and creation of statement of work (SOW) for solution
customizations.
- Find the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing customer need.
- Define features, phases, and solution requirements
- Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered
- Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences,
seminars, etc.
- Cross train with different product lines and communicate the value of products to end users
and partners.
- Able to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Work with Sales and others to complete RFI/RFPs
- Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
