Responsibilities:
- Become a Remote Support Rockstar: Analyze data, diagnose problems, and resolve technical issues for connected products – all remotely from our Warrington Hub!
- Empower Customers: Guide them through software installation, setup, and navigate them towards success with EcoStruxure.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with product experts and field service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Be a Data Detective: Analyze logs and alarms to pinpoint issues and prevent unnecessary on-site visits.
- Continuous Improvement Champion: Help us refine our processes and meet key service level agreements.
