Responsibilities:

  • Become a Remote Support Rockstar: Analyze data, diagnose problems, and resolve technical issues for connected products – all remotely from our Warrington Hub!
  • Empower Customers: Guide them through software installation, setup, and navigate them towards success with EcoStruxure.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work with product experts and field service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Be a Data Detective: Analyze logs and alarms to pinpoint issues and prevent unnecessary on-site visits.
