JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Renewal Analyst you will support a regional team of Corporate Account Executives with Clients over 50 lives (SunSolutions) in maximizing renewal outcomes for Sun Life.
You’d be doing this by providing insights into the claim experience through obtaining data and analysis beyond what is included in the normal renewal package from underwriting and integrating information with any applicable current events in the client’s environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Account Executive in developing the renewal strategy and supporting rationale
- Recommend to the Account Executive means of positioning renewal increases as proposed by underwriting
- Investigate and analyze claim experience for trends that impact the renewal
- Verify background renewal data and check for accuracy
- Work in tandem with the Group Underwriting department
