QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ Experience in a Sales, Operations, or Account Management capacity with a focus on fostering strong client relationships.
  • Proven success record achieving goals/targets/KPI’s in Sales, Operations, Or Account Management.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with process management, financial competency, and understanding of Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong skills in coordination and communication.
  • Fluent in English and additional language would be an asset.

Job Description
Our Renewal team engages with companies to continue the adoption of EcoVadis solutions in order to drive improvement at scale in their value chain sustainability programs.
The Renewal Manager is responsible for owning and driving a large portfolio of contract renewal in an assigned territory for the EcoVadis business. They will craft strategies with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure every renewal. The focus will be maximizing revenue growth at renewal while minimizing revenue attrition across the portfolio, securing the most favorable contract terms, identifying additional product growth opportunities and passing the insights back to the sales team.
