The Renewal Sales Representative is a key member of the sales team working closely with customers and regional partners in order to ensure we retain and continue to grow our existing customers. Renewal reps are expected to pro-actively engage with customers during their annual license renewal to understand their priorities for the coming year and identify opportunities for growth. In this role, you will maintain a close relationship with your Account Executives and Customer Success Managers with the goal of achieving regional renewal revenue metrics.
This role is remote in The Netherlands. We are only able to accept applications for those based in The Netherlands or have sponsorship to live and work in The Netherlands.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Responsible for securing and closing renewals and communicating our renewal process to our existing customers.
  • Interacting and communicating regularly with resellers in order to ensure timely renewals.
  • Work with customers via phone and email to understand critical goals, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.
  • Help existing customer realize the full potential of their apple devices by working with customer to identifying additional Jamf solutions that fit their needs.
  • Identify cross and upsell opportunities to maximize the ARR of our existing customer base.
  • Update opportunities and related information into Salesforce to document and manage sales activities.
  • Accurately manage customer transactions such as price quotations and purchase orders.
  • Develop well-rounded understanding of Jamf sales philosophy, market, and customers through learning
  • Maintain and increase understanding of and ability to explain business value of Jamf solutions to existing customers.
  • Understand the career paths at Jamf and continue to grow into additional
